What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of this business, we only allow returns on defective products. We offer a 30 day warranty on all games, systems, and system hardware. All items are thoroughly cleaned and tested prior to sale.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Please contact us. There are certain places we do not ship to because of fraud. Send us an email and we will discuss shipping details.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions via email 24/7/365. Please allow a day for response!

    Our EmuStations run off of emulation. What this means is that the hardware provided is mimicking *other* hardware (IE. Nintendo Gameboy, Sega Genesis) and is not 100%. Sometimes games glitch or do not function as the original. This is not an issue with the hardware, but with the software designed to emulate the original hardware.  Not all games work 100%.
